Anthi Frangiadis

As a founding principal of Archit8, Anthi brings over 14 years of experience to the firm in a variety of project types including multi-family residential, light commercial, hospitality, and mixed use developments. Spanning both the fields of architecture and planning, her accomplishments and background offer a unique perspective to defining the firm’s mission.

Architecture

As architects, we offer a range of services from initial design consultations & architectural renderings to construction drawings & full design services. The industry standard of full design services can be broken down into the following phases: Pre Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding & Negotiation, and Construction Administration. Interiors

Interior space planning runs a parallel course to our architectural design services. The focus shifts to a discussion & selection of interior finishes, lighting, and furniture that further the overall design concept. We offer a range of services from initial design consultations to full design services. Contact us to learn more about working with our interior collaborators.

Planning

As planners, we offer preliminary services that help to determine whether or not a site is conducive to the proposed use. We analyze a site or multiple sites against criteria that is established, collectively or not, and prepare Feasibility Studies and Zoning Analyses to determine the critical path in Land Use Permitting. Our design services include developing design guidelines, master planning communities, and establishing the framework for the communities to develop over a period of time. Sustainability

The design of sustainable physical environments spans all of the services we offer at Archit8 Studio; it is integrated into our way of thinking. We broadly define sustainability as a balance between productivity of natural systems and human needs. In an effort to move away from disposable products and systems, our society now uses broad terms such as green design. What does that mean? In building construction, we find that it comes down to green, greener, and greenest; as there are degrees of sustainable products and methods. The underlying principles of sustainable design are not new.
